Homeowner confirms approval to proceed with the gas valve replacement at the above address. The quote for the replacement was approved on Friday, October 10th 2025. Furnace Maintenance: Homeowner purchased #10 Humidifer pad. Humidifier solenoid valve is broken and needs to be replaced for proper flow. Turned off Humidifier water until fixed, because water is running regardless of furnace operation. Ventor motor venting glue has parted and needs to be fixed to stop the leak in top cabinet. Floor drain is cracked and causing water damage to surrounding area. Provided homeowner with two options. 1. Rerouting drain to other floor drain. 2. Flex tape and silicone on crack (band aide fix). Media filter was in opposite orientation, replaced and added air flow arrow for correct filter positioning. Flushed the condensate P-trap and drain lines to maintain clear, efficient flow. **Work Performed:** Initial call for no fan operation from the furnace. Upon inspection, found the 5-amp low-voltage fuse blown. Performed diagnostic testing to identify the cause — traced the fault back to the air conditioner contactor, where the coil windings were shorted out.
