The company responded to my initial call within 30 minutes. Very impressed. The technician, Kyle, was polite, wore booties, and was very efficient. He found the problem and made the necessary repair. He double checked the furnace once it started to make sure everything was working properly. Very happy with the work and Kyle.

Ac repair , install new evaporator and add 67 oz of 410a , finished cleaning and maintenance. Ac is operating well .
Lennox furnace repair . Install new heat exchanger and level furnace . I did not install new thermostat. Tested old thermostat heating / cooling and humidifier and found no issues . Furnace is operating very well . Picked up space heaters. Call Tec support to register old thermostat to knew laptop . Password and account needed to be reset technical issues on Lennox side , phone tec needs to follow up with customer to have account reset properly.

Air conditioning maintenance for a residential client. Customer called us because their A/C was not working. After inspecting the system, found that the blower motor was grounded out. Replaced the motor and tested the system. The system is now repaired and cooling the home properly.
Air conditioning maintenance at a residential home. Performed a full system inspection to ensure all components were working properly. Everything checked out good, did notice that the contactor is pitted and worn down, and recommended replacing the contactor.
Fire place repair Fireplace repair - customer needed pilot lit, discussed options and customer wants a cleaning done, while cleaning the maintenance I discovered some of the burner orifice ports are starting to show signs that the burner may become an issue as well as the pilot assembly. Discussed options regarding putting any money into repairs on his unit verse replacing the unit. Looked at humidifier - customer says it hasn’t worked since we installed he furnace. Water is shooting at the eac….quoted replacement Customer will weigh out their options and let us know.
Fireplace maintenance Customer states fireplace is loud and the house gets very dirty fast. Inspected behind the fireplace and notice the chimney is falling apart and on top of the fireplace. Went outside and noticed the chimney is wavy and bricks are deteriorating. Did notice as well the boiler and the hot water tank are connected to the same chimney. Small bits of brick and dust are covering the top of the hot water tank in the basement as well. Chimney will need to be inspected & possibly repaired. Customer is currently following up with chimney repair company’s to get a better look. Did not perform maintenance for this reason. Made customer aware there will be only a service call charge for today’s visit.
Leak search on air conditioner Inspected outdoor condenser and found no leaks. Removed indoor coil and inspected coil. Found no leaks. System might of not had enough run time to move the UV dye through the system as the UV dye was added to the system very late in the air conditioning season. Asked customer to run air conditioner for a couple hours per day when it is 15 degrees Celsius outside. Will need to return to perform another leak search. Did find water under the blower motor in the furnace compartment. Removed blower and found the secondary heat exchanger leaking. Made customer aware that the heat exchanger will need to be replaced. Gas to unit is shutoff and customer is aware they will not be able to use the heat until heat exchanger is repalced.
Emerson thermostat had failed. Replaced with new thermostat under warranty. Tested operation of furnace, all is working at this time.
