Goodman AC comfort club maintenance Cleaned and inspected condenser unit Inspected all electrical components and found no concerns Upon start up unit was low on refrigerant, added refrigerant and dye kit and brought levels back to normal Changed furnace filter System is back to normal operation

Lennox AC Maintenance Upon arrival Ac would not turn on. Found a broken common wire on the furnace board. Cleaned and inspected condenser coil. Inspected all electrical components. Refrigerant pressures were good. Filter was clean. Recommend to change next month. System is clean and working well. Customer to call in for payment.
Lennox Ac maintenance and inspection. AC is in good condition for its age and cooling well. Found no problems or concerns during visit
Lennox AC maintenance Cleaned and inspected condenser coil Inspected all electrical components. Found capacitor to be outside of allowable tolerance. Replaced capacitor with a new 35/5 capacitor. Refrigerant levels appear to be low. System is cooling at a 10 degree temperature drop. Unit is 15 years old. No action taken today. Inspected furnace blower and cabinet. Overall system is clean but needs refrigerant.

Return for AC maintenance refrigerant check. Levels looked good. No concerns with ac.

Keeprite AC repair. Upon arrival condensing unit was trying to run. Condenser fan motor was spinning slowly and compressor would not start. Dual capacitor inside unit had failed. Replaced and tested operation of unit. Found refrigerant levels to be on the low end. Indoor coil was operating around freezing temperatures and system had reduced cooling capacity with 8f temp drop across coil. Added seal kit to attempt to fix the leak and charged system with 1.25 lb of 410-a refrigerant. System is operating much better now with 16f temp drop
Lennox AC maintenance and inspection. AC is in great condition at this time and cooling well. Found no problems or concerns during visit.
Lennox AC repair. Upon arrival outdoor unit would not run when given a call for cooling. High pressure switch was tripped. Cleaned outdoor coil as it was the cause of the high pressure switch cutting out. Refrigerant levels are on the lower end, not yet low enough to freeze up the indoor coil but could be a problem in the next year or two. AC is about 17 years old and reaching the end of its life. Recommend starting to think about replacing in the next year or two
