Gary was very polite, informative and quick while doing a maintenance on our furnace and AC! I have had Evans in before for the furnace maintenance and always been satisfied with their service. After the recent break down of our air conditioner we had to purchase a new unit. We were set up for next day installation which was welcome news considering the extreme heat to come. Shalik, Chris and Wes worked hard to install our new unit on a very hot day. The thermometer in the house read 88F so we were very happy they were able to come, even after a busy and hot day at work for them already. Into the evening they worked to get our unit set up, so we could have some relief from the heat. We cannot say thank you enough for your hard work and the cool air in the house!

AC maintenance and inspection. Carrier AC is cooling well and in great condition at this time. Found no problems or concerns with this unit. Invoice is for this AC maintenance and next doors AC maintenance.
Goodman AC maintenance and inspection. AC is in great condition at this time. Electrical components are good, refrigerant levels are good. System is cooling well Found no problems or concerns during visit.
Ac not cooling - upon arrival compressor terminal on capcitor had blown Capacitor needs to be replaced. Units service door was full of a rodents home. Removed and tested. System is operational. This unit is pushing 17 years old and is beginning to show its age, customer will make a plan for replacing this unit.

Found clogged drain port on indoor coil. cleared blockage and tested operation of AC. AC is older but still working well. Refrigerant levels are good and temp drop is 20f. Waited on site until water flowed through drain to ensure there were no other problems. Paid in full by cash
Lennox AC maintenance Cleaned and inspected condenser coil Inspected all electrical components Tested refrigerant pressures. Found low refrigerant. Added UV dye kit and 36 oz of refrigerant. System is working well again No other concerns found at this time
Ac repair - unit not turning on Upon arrival discovered that the capacitor was blown. Replaced and continued investigating. Outdoor condenser coil is completely clogged with dirt and has a tree growing around the condenser coil is completely- cleaned out condenser coil. Tested operation of the system. Pressure look good Temp drop is 15f Customer will come in to pay
Replaced blown cap on AC. System is cooling well and refrigerant levels are good at this time
